She called me back the next morning right when they opened with a different truck that someone backed out on and she got me the a deal for an F-150. It took almost 3 months to get the replacement part for my sync module (no radio, no hands free phone, no compass etc) Had to prod to get solution which allowed me to drive the car while I waited for the p my sync module (no radio, no hands free phone, no compass etc) Had to prod to get solution which allowed me to drive the car while I waited for the part. I’m sure there was a chip problem but that was never admitted. Communication was frustratingly obtuse and infrequent. In the end it’s fixed and working well. Wish they had been more of an advocate for me. More
