Had a transmission issue with a 2019 escape. Called dealer to be towed and was told I needed to call a tow truck. Later found out Ford should of assisted with this. Don and Linda were very helpful--called Enterprise at the very beginning of my Ford Edge and happy that I insisted the car be towed to Dean Sellers. Don and Linda were very helpful--called Enterprise at the very beginning so I could arrange a rental and keeping them informed of the progress on repairs--working so that they did not exceed my 30 day rental allotment on my AAA insurance.
