Brandon, the Customer representative was not very. customer friendly..I.had a coupon from Dean Ford for the works package he said I couldnt use it. Previous experiences were good so would recommend . Came in for regular oil change. Oil change completed ok however service manager noted needed to replace brakes both pads and rotors.
