Everyone I encountered was courteous and helpful. The problem no longer exists with my truck, and was done in a timely fashion. This past June 11th or 12th, I recently leased a 2012 Honda Accord LX 4-door sedan from Tony at Dean Honda. In less that 2 weeks time, I scratched/bent up my right front wheel cover by mis-judging a tur Honda Accord LX 4-door sedan from Tony at Dean Honda. In less that 2 weeks time, I scratched/bent up my right front wheel cover by mis-judging a turn. I took my car in & the service advisor said that Dean Honda would take care of this for me. He said to have a seat & it should not take very long at all. True to his word, it was all done within 30 or 45 minutes & he said that I did not owe them anything for making this repair. They removed the bent up wheel cover & put on a brand new wheel cover for me at no charge! It was so nice to be treated so well & to know that Dean Honda & it's staff are ready to deliver exceptional service & value to their customers after the sale. I walked into Dean Honda with a quote from another dealer hoping to get a better deal. Within 2 minutes Mr Ussia approached me and i found him to be very courteous, helpful and he made me feel valued as a po hoping to get a better deal. Within 2 minutes Mr Ussia approached me and i found him to be very courteous, helpful and he made me feel valued as a potential customer. No hard sells pitch or the so called car salesman nonsense he took the time and made me want to buy a Honda. The dealership went out of its way to make sure that I was satisfied. While waiting for my vehicle to arrive Mr Ussia took ill and Mr Richardson stepped in to finish the sale. When I picked my CRV up he took the time to explain its features and I really did appreciate that. I love my Honda and I will come back to this dealership for my next one! More
