My husband and I have been Honda Accord owners for eight years. We have been so pleased with our Honda, we set out to buy a new one.We have been looking everywhere for a silver Accord . We shopped in our area but couldn't find one at our local dealerships. After some internet searches, we found our car at Dean Honda. It was a bit of a drive but it was well worth it. We found our car. Our salesman was wonderful. He was very kind and polite. A great guy to work with. Sometimes salesman can be very stuffy, we don't like that. I'm so glad that John took care of us. We are so pleased with our new car. We gave a "great" rating because we had a great experience.Thanks! More
I had a check engine light come on my 01 Civic and was able to arrive at the service department without an appointment. The problem was detected and resolved quickly (improper seal from the gas cap). In addition to this issue I was also able to resolve a small oil leak from the valve cover as well as discover my front breaks needed to be replaced thanks to the multi point vehicle inspection that was done. I called Dean Honda because I got a telephone notification of a recall for my 2003 Honda Odyssey. Reception transferred me to Elizabeth, who listened to me explain the problem and immediately se notification of a recall for my 2003 Honda Odyssey. Reception transferred me to Elizabeth, who listened to me explain the problem and immediately set up an appointment for me to bring in the vehicle. She explained how long it would take and what they would do to fix whatever thing was broken. I took my vehicle up to Dean the afternoon before it was scheduled because that was convenient for my wife. The same day, we got a call saying it was fixed, but we could not pick it up until the next day. The person said that was fine. We picked up our vehicle the next day, got our statement which was 0.00 and went on our way. GREAT SERVICE More

Dean Honda has the best service dept in the Pittsburgh area if not the entire country. They are always very friendly and always go above and beyond the call of duty. Whenever I come in for service, they area if not the entire country. They are always very friendly and always go above and beyond the call of duty. Whenever I come in for service, they always fully explain all of the services being perfromed and also go over any recommended services based on my mileage. I have never felt pressured to have any work performed. The service advisors all do an excellent job and the mechanics are top notch. I tell everyone that is looking for a place to have their car serviced to take it to Dean Honda if they want it fixed right the first time with out any added pressure or felling like they are getting ripped off. Even the basic items like oil changes are cheaper here than at quick lube places (i.e. pep boys, jiffy lube) and the quailty and value of the service is worth double what I am paying. I hope that everyone gets the chance to experience the Dean Honda Service Department. I promise you wont be disapointed. More
