Airbag Recall - took 15 minutes to fix! Paul (the general manager of service) was extremely helpful in getting me a rental car and, once the part was in, getting me in and out (in about 15 m Paul (the general manager of service) was extremely helpful in getting me a rental car and, once the part was in, getting me in and out (in about 15 minutes!). That's awsome service. And I understand the reasons behind the wait for parts - due to the millions of cars affected, but Honda (and Paul) got me a rental car to drive during the wait, so I wouldn't be exposed to the potential deadly nature of a bad airbag.
