Worst dealership experience ever Definitely not the place to buy if you are a woman. When buying a new car, of course you shop around to get the best price. In doing our research and visiting 4 dealerships, we decided on Dean Honda to make our purchase. We arrive on the day agreed upon to close the deal. The salesman was extremely condescending when questioned regarding the deal agreed upon one day prior. When questioning why the numbers didn't add up, we were told we weren't understanding the process. When physically putting the numbers on paper and adding them up, showing the salesman as well as the finance man, who also told us he was the manager, we were told that they don't make mistakes and if we weren't happy, we could leave. Well, we did just that, taking a down payment with us for half of the cost of the vehicle and driving to Smail Honda in Greensburg, who not only matched the deal from Dean, but also made the entire experience a happy one, as it should be when you're handing over that amount of money to someone. They took their time explaining each and every detail of the new vehicle and let it be driven off of the showroom floor. In addition, we decided to purchase the extended warranty for 7 years 100,000 miles. At no time did they ever talk down to us and were more than happy to answer our questions. Even went below the deal we had with Dean Honda to make it worth the drive to Greensburg. More
