WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR A HONDA HRV I WAS APPROACHED BY ONE OF THE NICEST SALESMAN THAT I EVER MET.HE ASKED ME IF I WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW ONE OR A USED ONE .HE SAID TO ME I HAVE A NICE 2020HRV WITH 3633 MI ONE OF THE NICEST SALESMAN THAT I EVER MET.HE ASKED ME IF I WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW ONE OR A USED ONE .HE SAID TO ME I HAVE A NICE 2020HRV WITH 3633 MILES ON IT AND I SAID I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IT. SO HE WENT AND GOT THE KEY AND EXPLAINED A FEW THINGS ABOUT IT AND THEN HE ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO TAKE IT FOR A TEST DRIVE. I SAID SURE SO HE GAVE ME THE KEY AND MY BROTHER IN LAW AND I TOOK IT FOR A RIDE.WHEN WE CAME BACK JOHN MICKLEGE SAID WHAT DO I THINK OF THE CAR AND I SAID SOLD. HE SAID YOU WANT IT NOW LETS GO DO THE PAPERWORK. SO I TOLD JOHN MY STORY AND HE GAVE ME A VERY GOOD DEAL THAT I AND MY BROTHER IN LAW THOUGHT WAS GOOD WITH AN EXTENDED WARRANTY AND TOLD ME THAT I WAS GETTING A GOOD CAR. SO IT WAS TIME TO GO TO THE FINANCE PERSON AND I PUT DOWN 15000.00 AND HE WAS ALSO VERY NICE. IN THE FUTURE I WILL RECOMMEND JOHN FOR ANY OF MY RELATIVES OR FRIENDS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A CAR. More
John in Service was an absolute gem - great communication, transparent and honest, and INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! Went well above and beyond for an interesting course of events (not Honda's fault and communication, transparent and honest, and INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! Went well above and beyond for an interesting course of events (not Honda's fault and not Dean's fault) that required us to drop off our car late on a Saturday and orchestrate things from across the state. I told you that I needed major spine surgery and stated that heated seats save me. What you hid was that the 2021HRV heated seats are climate controlled. Sad.
