I purchased two NEW autos from them at the same time. 2005 Ford F150 Ext Cab & Focus. A few months later I went to service because the plastic around Focus truck key lock had cracked. The car was still 2005 Ford F150 Ext Cab & Focus. A few months later I went to service because the plastic around Focus truck key lock had cracked. The car was still in mint condition and I am very careful with my autos. She ( service Tech) came out and looked at it and said you abused the car didn't ask any questions nothing. you could see it was some sort of defect. I was insulted and left I wouldn't ever go back. They turn there back on you. And she was very rude. I took it to another dealer out of the county and they fixed it with no problem . Oh and by the way I paid for all there extra warranty's and the works. did no good. I call that sorry after the sale. More
