Service person was great to deal with. Could use a little better cleaning after service. Could use a little better cleaning after service. More

I had been looking for a 2024 Raptor and DeYarman was the closest dealer that had one. Having not been there before I didn't know what to expect. Historically I do not like the buying process. They were v closest dealer that had one. Having not been there before I didn't know what to expect. Historically I do not like the buying process. They were very nice and I was able to have a good conversation with several of the staff while we waited for them to prep the vehicle. They were extremely accommodating and offered to diagnose a problem I was having with my current King Ranch for free. The entire process was pleasant, and it will be the first place I call when ready for my next purchase! I met so many people, and I am terrible with names, but they were all excellent. The F-150 Raptor was exactly what I was looking for and I love it! More
Was there for any oil change and they got me in really quick. It's where I bought my car and that's why I like taking it there quick. It's where I bought my car and that's why I like taking it there More

The warning light went away, and I forgot about it until it came back in the spring. When I brought it in to check on the parts status, a person who receives in customers told me I was going to be charged for a diagnosis; a service that your service department had already diagnosed. I explained that I was bringing it in to fix a problem that your service department had already diagnosed, and that it was covered under warranty; but the conversation came to an impasse. I asked to speak with a service manager, where he told me that it would be a no charge. From that point I had to bring it in four different times before the situation was resolved, which it's only been two weeks; so, I really don't know if it has been resolved, as the prior times it was resolved, the issue came back. We'll see. One time the technician took me back to the car to show me what they did. When he took it off the rack and was driving it out of the bay, the issue came back while he was still in the driver's seat. That's how messed up this was. I will say that Bruce and Chad worked to resolve the problem and were very helpful to find me a loaner while it was in the shop. I like my car and hope it will last me another five years. More
