I have had two bad experiences with your service department misdiagnosing my vehicle on two separate occasions. The first incident caused me to replace all 4 tires on my vehicle when after doing so, department misdiagnosing my vehicle on two separate occasions. The first incident caused me to replace all 4 tires on my vehicle when after doing so, it didn’t solve the ride problem. It was then diagnosed as a shock absorber problem which did fix the problem. Several months later the same vehicle was towed in for unknown problem with engine. Tech diagnostics tells me I need a new engine. Quoted me 12,100 dollars to replace. I towed the vehicle to another location for a second opinion. Turns out catalytic converter exhaust was the problem for a cost of 2600 dollars to repair. Never will I return and I will tell my story to many people More

I brought my xt4 there for the open and close light which kept coming on. I brought it to service 5xs and they kept it for about a month on each visit. I just got it back and that light went back on. They re kept coming on. I brought it to service 5xs and they kept it for about a month on each visit. I just got it back and that light went back on. They replaced my drivers side window thinking that might be a reason and now it squeaks like a dying mouse. I have an appt on Monday to bring it back because the battery( new! They replaced it because whatever they did drained it), but it’s now on 12v not 18v. I asked them to fix a tiny dent on the hood since it was there for a month and they didn’t . What’s going on with your service department? My brother wants to buy the supped up XT5 for over a $100k but he might do it in Fortmyers because he sees what I’m going through . I hope you help me out with these issues. Huge inconvenience with my almost brand new XT4. More
