I leased my XT 5 in May of 2020. It has been in service 9 times for the same issue. The camera and now the dashboard. Steve, the manager watched numerous videos and looked at a lot of pictures I have showing them what the problem is but still they can’t do anything. I’m putting out all this money for what is supposed to be a higher standard vehicle. I was told they would let me out of my lease early, because resale for used cars was excellent but they didn’t think they could get me into another vehicle. Great customer service guys. You want to take my car back then sell it to the next sucker knowing all the issues it has. Do yourselves a favor. Stay clear of Devoe Cadillac in Naples. More

Very disappointed with my purchase and delivery of a 2021 XT6 from DeVoe Cadillac. The finance department uses very deceptive selling tactics for add on services. The detailing of the car at delivery was ter XT6 from DeVoe Cadillac. The finance department uses very deceptive selling tactics for add on services. The detailing of the car at delivery was terrible with windows not cleaned, grease on the dashboard, interior door panel dirty… My only experience with the service department was disappointing to say the least. Zero follow from the dealership after the sale to assess satisfaction. Lastly, disappointing quality overall with the XT6. The XT6 has become nothing more than a high priced Chevrolet Traverse in emperor’s clothes. More
Absolutely horrific service department. They will do everything in their power to up charge you. I have had multiple poor experience's with the service department over the years, but now they refuse to everything in their power to up charge you. Let me re state that, because this is important, FACTORY AUTHORIZED RECALL. Doesn't sound like a company that cares about their customers or clients, does it?
