Service department needs an overhaul. Threw parts at my truck that didn’t fix the braking issue. I found a well documented recall online and had them confirm it was in GMC bulletins. Refused to test the vacuum pump settings were calibrated correctly, because if they weren’t then the new ABS and Trailer Brake module and additional sensor they installed wouldn’t have been needed. A prior experience bought 4 new tires, only 3 were installed and was missing 2 lug nuts. The service manager Victor doesn’t have the capacity to resolve issues and the technicians can’t deliver a solution if the computer can’t identify the problem. Highly dangerous service and wouldn’t recommend to anyone! More

Engine light and several others came on. Once the car was evaluated they identified the problem immediately. This required me to leave the car with them for a few days until the parts arrive Once the car was evaluated they identified the problem immediately. The Subaru Service Dept always delivers a great experience. We had issues with our battery which was replaced by Subaru in January and the car had to be towed. Chris was very attentive and provide experience. We had issues with our battery which was replaced by Subaru in January and the car had to be towed. Chris was very attentive and provide updates about the car status. After all the battery was good and it was recharged. The car was washed and returned to us in good condition. As always, we get great service at the Subaru dealership. We don't take out car to anybody but Subaru, because they know what they are doing. Thank you! More
