I was given a loaner car. When I returned it I requested written confirmation that I returned it without any damage. I had to go to the manger of the facility and made my request. He then assisted me. When I was given a car loaner there was no help getting me accustomed to using this car (key fob, controls, etc). Also the car was at the end was not done due to car wash equipment not working. I found customer service at the fron desk with Matt severely lacking. More

Had an appointment on 2/8/25 for oil change and tire rotation. Got home and noticed that the tires were never rotated and car wasn’t washed (complimentary).
