Service department needs an overhaul. Threw parts at my truck that didn’t fix the braking issue. I found a well documented recall online and had them confirm it was in GMC bulletins. Refu Threw parts at my truck that didn’t fix the braking issue. I found a well documented recall online and had them confirm it was in GMC bulletins. Refused to test the vacuum pump settings were calibrated correctly, because if they weren’t then the new ABS and Trailer Brake module and additional sensor they installed wouldn’t have been needed. A prior experience bought 4 new tires, only 3 were installed and was missing 2 lug nuts. The service manager Victor doesn’t have the capacity to resolve issues and the technicians can’t deliver a solution if the computer can’t identify the problem. Highly dangerous service and wouldn’t recommend to anyone! More

Originally started out at another dealership. It was a mess! Things were available, then not available. The salesperson did not seem to be aware of features and packages, etc... Austin was a delightful host and when it came time to do a deal he was as straightforward and transparent as it gets. There were no phantom fees, secret markups or add-ons other than what is reasonable and customary. We didn't have to play the "Sales Manager Shuffle" game. Austin guided the transaction from start to finish. The Finance Manager didn't try to browbeat us into extended warranties. He was extremely informative and told us what was available and what the price point was. That was that! Again...a completely refreshing experience. This is one well run dealership, and there's no chance we are going anywhere else when we shop for our next vehicle. It is possible to buy a car the way you want to buy at Subaru of Naples.
