I went to several dealerships in the initial phase of my car buying process, and left each stressed and disappointed, due to the sales reps not being transparent about costs, available inventory and estimat car buying process, and left each stressed and disappointed, due to the sales reps not being transparent about costs, available inventory and estimated timelines. By 1:30pm THAT SAME DAY Josselyne had reached out, let me know that they (‘they’ being her and her manager Favio) were able to accommodate all of my requests and get me within my desired budget. By 4:00pm, they had secured my desired vehicle- for a Monday arrival. Mind you, the earliest arrival I had been provided by other Subaru dealerships in the area was 3+ weeks AFTER that! Not only was Josselyne able to meet my needs and terms, she was prompt in communicating, straight forward with details and she genuinely cared about my experience during the leasing process.
