Fortunately as it worked out, I was "cared for" by Josselyne Martinez, and in spite of purchasing Subaru's from DeVoe Subaru three times in the past, this was the best of any previous purchasing expe Josselyne Martinez, and in spite of purchasing Subaru's from DeVoe Subaru three times in the past, this was the best of any previous purchasing experience anywhere, and I have owned, now, 39 vehicles in my lifetime and considering I will be 94 this year, this could be my swan song for car buying !! Unfortunately, no fault of Josselyne, the charging cables that came with the car are not charging from my outlet, something to explore as to why. More

I was given a loaner car. When I returned it I requested written confirmation that I returned it without any damage. I had to go to the manger of the facility and made my request. He then assisted me. When I was given a car loaner there was no help getting me accustomed to using this car (key fob, controls, etc). Also the car was at the end was not done due to car wash equipment not working. I found customer service at the fron desk with Matt severely lacking. More
