Since that time, we have returned for a 2009, 2011, 2013 and now 2016 Enclave. Matt really cares about his customers and made sure we were thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of the sale, financing, vehicle color, ride and even how my phone and bluetooth connected. Totally unacceptable. Made appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Was very specific about tire rotation since two of the tire were brand new. Was clear about time constraints and was told that there would be no problem. As time for my meeting approached was told they hadn't started it yet. Had to reschedulrle my meeting. After taking four hours later than scheduled was told my bill was over $750.00! They had arbitrarily replaced two tires. Told them to put my tires back on . I wrote to dealership and Buick and never heard from either. More
