This is my first experience with DeVoe Buick/GMC as my last 3 vehicles starting in 2016 have been Cadillacs from across the street. I was given a loaner car. When I returned it I requested written confirmation that I returned it without any damage. I was told that is not normal procedure and Matt said he w When I returned it I requested written confirmation that I returned it without any damage. I had to go to the manger of the facility and made my request. He then assisted me. When I was given a car loaner there was no help getting me accustomed to using this car (key fob, controls, etc). Also the car was at the end was not done due to car wash equipment not working. I found customer service at the fron desk with Matt severely lacking. More
