Was not happy that I has to pay $250 for someone to caulk a small area in my back hatch because it leaked. Pre-certified checks are sometimes skipped at this dealership, (sold me a car with rim severely bent on the inside and loaded with tire weights - resulted in tire deflating ) and unless you’re willing dealership, (sold me a car with rim severely bent on the inside and loaded with tire weights - resulted in tire deflating ) and unless you’re willing to go to the mat, they’ll tell you, “Sorry, but there is nothing we can do for you.” Typical car dealership shenanigans. And avoid a salesman named Frank at all costs. Once he sells you a car, he’s done with you. He’ll blow you off with the classic sleaze ball car salesman line, “I’m in sales and cannot do anything for you now. Call service and they’ll handle it - there’s nothing I can do for you.” I’ll never do business with DePaula again, and tell everyone I know to avoid them like the plague. More
