I brought my Mazda CX9 in to get a second opinion on some warning lights that were on. Your service department immediately located the problem. The Queensbury Mazda Dealership misdiagnosed the problem and re warning lights that were on. Your service department immediately located the problem. The worked DePaula did I got payed for by Della Mazda when my insurance company spoke to them and told them that they were the cause of the warning lights being on. So DePaula Mazda saved me over $5000. I will be giving my business to DePaul from now on. Great service and Thank you! More

Needed to come back to have them fix my tire. The tire system monitoring light kept beeping on & staying on. First I was told" due to extreme heat it sometimes takes a while for light to adjust" The tire system monitoring light kept beeping on & staying on. First I was told" due to extreme heat it sometimes takes a while for light to adjust" After Matt had them take it up on the lift it seems there was a leak & the tire was down about 10 lbs. Since I had the car inspected with tire rotation, wheel alignment & proper air pressure applied with factory standards just the week before, I would think they might have noticed the problem then when the light was on. Was charged another $62 for it to be fixed. More
