All went well with my recent oil change and tire rotation service at Mazda. Every one was very nice. I am, however, awaiting a part for my vehicle (fin antenna), and as of yet have not heard from the dealers service at Mazda. Every one was very nice. When repair took longer than expected, they provided a loaner car (without my asking) and delivered my vehicle to my home the next morning.
