Lisa was very helpful and knowledgeable when I came for my 20,000 mi pkg to be done. I also mentioned to check battery and told her what was happening. Later she told me I needed a new battery I said no pr my 20,000 mi pkg to be done. I also mentioned to check battery and told her what was happening. Later she told me I needed a new battery I said no problem that is what I thought. Later she told me it was out of stock they would order and call. She called me on Monday and made room for me to come in and have it installed. She is also working on getting me prices on tires for my 2012 Mazda Mitia Special Edition, which I am very particular about. My wife and I have a few Mazda’s from this dealer, and they have always been very helpful. More
