I purchased a new CX-5 Reserve from DePaula Mazda. Great car and great experience with Colin and the sales team, the business manager during the sale. I’ve since had my car serviced several times-both at the old locations and now the new one on Central Ave -and I find the staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Always able to answer any questions I have and provide tips and advice on getting the most out of my car. Great people. Recently I had service and noticed an issue after my visit-which I related to the service staff via email. I got a call the next day from Brian L, the service manager. He remedied the issue immediately. That's just outstanding and shows their dedication to the customer. I’ve bought many cars and had hundreds of service visits at various dealerships over the years and many bad experiences-hats off to DePaula Mazda for embracing and looking out for their customers!
