I arrived prior to appointment time. I was told 1 hours 15 minutes. Two hours later did not hear anything, not even video of my car condition like stated. I went to him and asked for st I was told 1 hours 15 minutes. Two hours later did not hear anything, not even video of my car condition like stated. I went to him and asked for status. Then that's when I found out my car was just started two hours late. That should have been communicated. Then I found out car needed repair. I asked if warranty could be contacted for repair. He said he would call now. I text thirty minutes later to inquire what warranty company said because did not hear anything. I finished after 3 hours. There was no acknowledgement of inconvenience and lack of communication. No concession offered for poor customer service. Then I asked that something be done with the bill. He took twenty dollars off, which was an insult but at this point I was way beyond time expected, so paid and left. More
