Overall experience with Tammy, Stephanie and Zac was exemplary....they were extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous...went out of their way to make every step as seamless as possible...they exemplary....they were extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous...went out of their way to make every step as seamless as possible...they truly make the the DePaula team a pleasure to deal with. However we have to say we are somewhat disappointed with the vehicle...contrary to what we thought the Premium package would provide there is no power lift gate, no heated steering wheel, no parking assist and the radio is not Sirius compatible. While this may seem a bit trivial, these are features that we are accustomed to and I would think would be included in the Premium package as they were with the 2019 we purchased...really not sure what we got for a 'Premium' package..I've been trying to reach out to service to see if there's anything that can be done to convert the radio to Sirius compatible....no response yet....my experience in the past is that DePaula is better than this. More
