I had an 8am appointment and was told the service only takes an hour. At 4:00 my car still wasn't done. Carseats were removed from my car without checking with me first. Back windows with child window sha takes an hour. At 4:00 my car still wasn't done. Carseats were removed from my car without checking with me first. Back windows with child window shades were rolled down, which will damage the car window seal. While the work was done and seems to ne correct, the other things are a major issue. More

Wonderful experience. I was in and out with my oil change in under an hour. All went well with my recent oil change and tire rotation service at Mazda. Every one was very nice. I am, however, awaiting a part for my vehicle (fin antenna), and as of yet have not heard from the dealers service at Mazda. Every one was very nice.
