DePaula Mazda puts their customers first. I had gone in a week prior to get an oil change. My car was dropped off at 9am and my oil hadn’t been changed at 1pm as promised. To make the situati I had gone in a week prior to get an oil change. My car was dropped off at 9am and my oil hadn’t been changed at 1pm as promised. To make the situation right the service manager gave me a free detail and offered to pick up or drop off my car for my rescheduled oil change. For my rescheduled oil change they did just that, my car was dropped off where it needed to be. While being delivered sparking as if it was brand new. Business stands on customer service, that is exactly what DePaula Mazda provided! More
