The worst service I’ve ever experienced, they never called me about anything doing with the delay of me getting my car back I kept having to call back to find out what was going. I do not recommend this service department. I brought my vehicle in for recalls and warranty repairs. I mentioned to the service department that I would not need a loaner vehicle as they noted I brought my vehicle in for recalls and warranty repairs. I mentioned to the service department that I would not need a loaner vehicle as they noted it would take less than a week to complete the repairs. After a week goes by with no update, I called the department for the status. They told me my vehicle was not under warranty, and the part would be $600+ dollars. I then tracked down the warranty information and sent it. Amazingly, they confirmed it was still under warranty, and a couple more days go by. They then stated they ordered the wrong part and will need the vehicle at least another week after the part comes in - which would take another 5 days on top of that. After understanding the repairs were going to be lengthy, they suggested I get a loaner vehicle as they were unsure how long it would take. After agreeing, less than a week goes by with the loaner and the vehicle develops a bump in the sidewall of one of the tires. Without ever seeing something like that, I asked a deputy sheriff if they had seen anything like that before, and what would cause it. He stated it could be a defective tire or a possibly a cirb/pothole and highly suggested me not to drive the vehicle until its fixed. Without ANY recollection of hitting something, I called the service department advising them of the situation and discussed it's likely a faulty tire. I spoke with Brian, and before Brian, the "Service Director" had even seen any pictures - his very first comments were "Ya know, just because a tire has a bump in it, doesn't mean you can't drive it" - as a Service Director, you should be putting the safety of customers at the top of your priority list, especially when a deputy sheriff advises you to do the opposite. After sending in pictures, Brian had three solutions for me (VIA text, not even a phone call back). 1. I could drive up the vehicle because "by the images it looks minor and SHOULD be okay to drive", putting my safety and the safety of others at risk and the liability on my insurance company (that I even work for) and I live an hour and a half away from their shop with highways. 2. They could come tow the loaner vehicle and charge me "$372.60" for one tire and the service for it, OR 3. buy the same tire elsewhere and have someone put it on before returning the vehicle. Remember - the only reason I needed a loaner was because they ordered the wrong part to begin with. But because I couldn't prove it wasn't a bump in the road, just like they couldnt prove it wasn't a faulty tire, I saved my negative energy and purchased a $230 tire and had it installed. In the meantime, they told me my vehicle was completed and to return the loaner when it's ready. After a well over month goes by since the initial service appointment, I returned the loaner vehicle that I had for 2 weeks (only driveable one week) I asked if they had fixed one of the issues I was having when I first brought my vehicle in. Their response was, "We couldn't run the test on your vehicle because we didn't know if you wanted an oil change or not." - After a month and change had passed - and not one person had ever asked asked me about a simple oil change. In some sense, I'm glad they didn't fix it, because I will be taking my business to get it fixed elsewhere. I'll never be going back, terrible experience from every aspect. More
I appreciated the video, as well as the steering wheel, seat, and floor covers. I also appreciate it being told they were a little behind schedule when I arrived. Two suggestions. I had to back out of the seat, and floor covers. I also appreciate it being told they were a little behind schedule when I arrived. Two suggestions. I had to back out of the garage after my service was done. I feel it would be much better for a customer to be drive out instead of backing up, as that involves more risk. Also, Having had my tires rotated, I checked my air pressure afterward, because I was going on a long trip. I noticed that the air pressure wasn’t set to the number on my door More
