I love this dealership but I must say I was a little disappointed when I came in for my oil change and tire rotation this time. I didn't get a video on my phone showing me anything and after I left the disappointed when I came in for my oil change and tire rotation this time. I didn't get a video on my phone showing me anything and after I left the very next day a friend noticed that my inspection was very very overdue. I understand that I should have noticed this but I thought the staff there also check these things as they are working on my vehicle? I had to come back the next day before I was to go out of town and wait again to get an inspection that could have been done the day before when I was waiting for 2 hours. Your staff was amazing at getting me back in and they understood my frustration. More

Break strut broke as soons a I left the lot. It's an old truck and I get stuff happens. Staff kept telling me they had nothing to do with it breaking.
