Three visits, poor or no solutions, very disappointed long-term customer. Despite buying 3 previous vehicles, when I asked about trade instead of repairs was basically told I had negative equity and felt long-term customer. Despite buying 3 previous vehicles, when I asked about trade instead of repairs was basically told I had negative equity and felt I was “shown the door” the moment I expressed interest in a used non-Chevrolet or other GMC. I have excellent credit and they could have tried to work with me. At least Jake in service was honest when he could not confirm the next, most expensive repair would definitely solve car problems. Next dealer gave excellent trade value even with repairs needed—so much for “negative equity”! Laughs are on DePaula as I bought dream car that I never thought I could afford. More
