I went in for a key replacement. The day prior I went to the parts center to see if they had the key and fob in stock and I was told that they did. So I had an appointment made with the service center for the key replacement. I arrived for my appointment and was told that it would be an hour to an hour and a half. After waiting for 45 minutes, the service advisor told me that the work could not be completed because there was no key and fob in stock, it would have to be ordered, and service rescheduled. I waited 45 minutes for the crew to discover there was no parts, I don’t understand how it wasn’t realized sooner. More
Called because my 2029 gmc acadia wasn't registering park. The girl that picked up the phone to bring it in right away. The service writer took his time getting the information from me and I told him at the time I dropped off that I had an extended warranty and asked if he knew if it would be covered or not. He said he'd have to call which is fine. My friend was the mechanic that got my suv. He didn't get it in till Tuesday and the Service writer didn't call to find out if it was covered under warranty till tuesday when the parts were ordered. Was told that the parts would be in Wednesday. Part didn't come in wasn't told about the parts not coming in. I called Thursday and was told the parts came in but won't be done till Friday morning. Thursday was the first time the service writer had finally told me that it was covered under warranty. Found out he didn't call the gmc extended warranty company till Thursday and at this point it took them a week to return my suv to me. If anyone goes to this dealership the service writer Rob is ridiculous and do your self a favor and do not go to him. Go to any other service writer. More

I was going away and needed to tow a trailer with my truck. The next service appointment wasn’t for a couple of weeks so I went in and asked if they could please move it up because I didn’t feel my truc truck. The next service appointment wasn’t for a couple of weeks so I went in and asked if they could please move it up because I didn’t feel my truck was safe to drive and it was a Trip meeting family after my mom had passed last year. Chuck was amazing got my truck fixed and when they had to Finish at the day I was leaving, instead of the day before I promised, they actually delivered it to my house because I had no way to get it. I am very thankful and appreciative More
