Needed check engine light fixed and an inspection. Told them this when i dropped off the car. The service center did the inspection first while already having been told the check engine light was on. Had to make several appointments because of the incorrect date. Appointment was finally scheduled on 8/29 at 8:15am to be picked up at 4pm. Called service center at 3:30 and the vehicle was not even looked date. Appointment was finally scheduled on 8/29 at 8:15am to be picked up at 4pm. Called service center at 3:30 and the vehicle was not even looked at. Received a call stat 4:20pm to pick up vehicle. Arrived at at5:30pm bill was incorrect overcharged and the vehicle did not receive a state inspection as requested. I called the next day and was told to make another appointment. I was very disappointed with the entire process. More
