Chuck was amazing in service - the rest of the experience was horrible. Made an appointment 2-3 weeks out dropped truck off night before. Get a call in the morning that they have my truck and will let me kno was horrible. Made an appointment 2-3 weeks out dropped truck off night before. Get a call in the morning that they have my truck and will let me know. Don’t hear back all day I call them at 430 pm to get told your truck hasn’t even been looked at and 11 people ahead of me. Can’t tell me when it will be looked at !! Day 2 still not looked at called service manager and was told making an appointment doesn’t mean your truck will be worked on just put on the schedule. Paid for rental out of my pocket and no offer of a loaner or anything. Dropped off Monday night didn’t pick up my truck until noon on Saturday !! The entire week no truck and not told when it would be looked at until late Thursday. Do you wait a week when you have any other appointments - hair cut - doctor - no you are expecting to have the service done the day you made the appointment for. They are horrible besides Chuck More
