Always a good experience with depaula. I added a detail/cleaning this time, the scent that was used in the car is extremely strong and not pleasant (possibly a bubble gum smell?) My appointment for oil change and tire rotation fell on a day during a snow storm. The service techs accepted my vehicle covered with snow with no complaints.
