I went to DePaula for routine maintenance e. g. Oil change and tire rotation and somehow walked out of there with a New York State inspection that I never requested (and was not even due until October change and tire rotation and somehow walked out of there with a New York State inspection that I never requested (and was not even due until October 2021). Was informed that the person doing the service on my vehicle “misread” the service slip. This also extended my wait time in the dealership. Don’t understand why the person working on my vehicle didn’t question doing an inspection prior to initiating the service especially since the sticker on the windshield clearly indicated it was not due for 9 more months. (Now the month for the New York State inspection and registration are different). More

Service was attentive though they did not work on my car the day that I had the appointment scheduled for , but the day after.
