Service was great in and out in a reasonable time. I had a recommended 4wd service performed. I left the vehicle and it was done within the time I was quoted. When I made the appointment I asked for a loaner vehicle and was told I couldn’t have one for t vehicle and it was done within the time I was quoted. When I made the appointment I asked for a loaner vehicle and was told I couldn’t have one for that service. I have only been given a loaner vehicle once by DePaula and that was after a got very upset that they wouldn’t give me one for my emergency service stating that none were available even though they were all out front. Funny how after I got mad one was suddenly available isn’t it? I have questioned the service department about it and I am always told that loaner cars can’t be given out until the vehicle is diagnosed. this all greatly frustrates me because when I bought the car at DePaula the sales agent sold me on the maintenance plan by saying it included a free loaner anytime I need service. Either he lied to help persuade me to pay for the maintenance plan or the policies have changed since my purchase. But if t he policy changed after my purchase that’s not my problem and I should be able to receive the service from the old policies until my service plan expires. This needs to be addressed because it makes me lean toward using a different dealership for my next purchase. More
