I’m writing this review before I pick up my car. So I bought a new certified pre owned car from them. While there the business man told me it wasn’t certified. I told him the site and the salesman s So I bought a new certified pre owned car from them. While there the business man told me it wasn’t certified. I told him the site and the salesman said it was, he “checked” the website and said the ad was already taken off the site because I was buying it. He mansplained to me it would have cost thousands more were it certified. He was going to give me a break and give me a warranty at their cost, but when I checked on the internet it seems that’s the price for everybody. Well lo and behold I found my car still on their website and it says certified pre owned. I’m waiting to hear what they have to say and I’ll update this review if warranted. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE HATE SHOPPING FOR CARS! DOES ANYONE KNOW A REAL LEGIT DEALERSHIP. More

Horrible sales experience, from the Internet sales mgr to sales rep. I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in and sent an email. As I have a possible trade I stopped in one day to check out the vehicle and get an appraisal. Sales rep Antonio took several pictures of my vehicle as I checked out the car I was interested in. He asked me if it was OK to contact me the next day with the appraisal number. It has been 2 weeks and nada. The internet sales mgr and I had several emails back and forth. One response was that the sales rep was out one day and she would be sure to follow-up with him the next day. Why would this sales rep be the only person with this appraisal number? Sales rep did eventually send me a follow-up email asking if I was still interested in a purchase and if he offended me in anyway. My response was Yes to both! Save yourself trouble. There are many other auto dealers that know how to run a business and treat their customers with respect. More
Jacqueline usually very good at her job. went in for a appraisal on my sedan had a appointment which depaula called me saying there giving top dollar and are in high demand for a trade like went in for a appraisal on my sedan had a appointment which depaula called me saying there giving top dollar and are in high demand for a trade like mine. so i went in had to wait over 20 min after my appointment in which time a salesman George who i have worked with several times told me about another car which i was looking for hoping trade in would go good to purchase a new 2024 sedan . well almost a hour later was low balled by Jacqueline and mangement $14,000.00 for a 22 Malibu which has only 20k on it that i purchased there at depaula. mean while same car was offered at Carmax $20k that same week. rips off Depaula will never get my Business. thank you to George salesman for looking into new car i will buy near else where. very disgusted with Jacqueline never again deal with her or depaula More

I purchased a 2017 Lexus is300 from DePaula and Bill Magee was my guy! He was friendly, patient, personable and worked with me from start to finish. Highly recommend.
