First off my salesman was Joe Tomaselli, he was a great guy and I bought the vehicle I was looking at. ( 2007 Chevy Silverado Z71) very nice vehicle. I believe I purchased the vehicle on Tuesday April 16th guy and I bought the vehicle I was looking at. ( 2007 Chevy Silverado Z71) very nice vehicle. I believe I purchased the vehicle on Tuesday April 16th for my younger son who was with me. Delievery date was on Thursday April 18th at 1:30 in the afternoon. I told my son all the way up, wait til you see this truck today, all detailed upand looking nice, he was excited to get there to pickup his new truck. We pulled in and I was shocked to find that the truck was filthy dirty, I mentioned this to the finance person who was having me sign all the paperwork and he suggested that they detail the vehicle now. Living 60-65 miles from DePaula's it just wasnt fessable to have it done now, i mean they only had a day and a half to get it ready. I finish with the paperwork and my salesman hands me the keys along with (1 entry fob) I inquired with him if they had the other one and he said "let me check". So he asks whoever the other gentlemen was and I heard him say " HE GOT A GOOD ENOUGH DEAL, THERES NO OTHER FOB" I couldnt believe what I just heard. That was the final straw, I couldnt wait to get out of there. So my son and I exited the dealership, got in the truck, started it up only to find we had just less than a 1/4 tank of gasoline. So of course I questioned my salesman and he stated " due to the price of gasoline thats all the gas you get with a used vehicle" Unbelievable, it just kept getting worse, I said to the saleman, thats not enough to even get home. So right across the street from the dealership there's a Hess Mart and we put $50 in it, this was after paying $20,000 for the truck. I emailed them about my dissatisfaction about everything and they had one of their employees call me and promise that they were going to make it all right by sending me out in the mail (the next morning) a gas card, free oil changes and some car wash passes. Well today is the last day of April and still nothing. Hence the low grades for this dealership, not only will I NEVER buy a vehicle from them again, I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. More
Recently took my 2005 Hummer for gas smell was told tank is rotted leakin fuel lines rusted. Well tanks plastic, they quoted me almost 3000. to fix. I applied for financing on 08/03/2012 to ALLY AUTO FINANCING thru your site and was pre approved for a new 2012 SONIC. On 08/24/2012 I received a letter from ALLY that the terms would be changed with no explanation other than to contact Depaula . which I did by a visit on 09/01/2012 and spoke with Lisa Gerow, I was told there was a minor problem and there was nothing to worry about . I gave her a GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT of 100.00 to hold the car as she would be able a to secure a loan by Tuesday and we could pick up the car on 09/06/2012. On 09/04/2012 I was told by Lisa that there was no financing available to me. She had ask about my 2003 truck as a trade in or a co signer , this was not the original deal at all , More
Wow - these guys are GREAT. A professional team that gave us all the time and information we needed to make our decision. We felt appreciated as customers. I had a recurring major problem with my 2011 Equinox and DePaula and General Motors were unable to solve it, not for lack of trying. The service people at DePaula never once gave me the impression that I w DePaula and General Motors were unable to solve it, not for lack of trying. The service people at DePaula never once gave me the impression that I was being a pain. I asked that consideration be given to replacing the vehicle since it could not be depended upon. It took about 3 months, but DePaula advocated for me to GM and I picked up my new 2012 Equinox last week. I have been a loyal GM owner for 40 years and have all of my family members driving GM cars as well. I have been a staunch advocate of DePaula since I bought the first Equinox in May of 2011 and have sent several friends there. More

I went in, cash strapped and in a tough situation to trade in my gas guzzler for a more economic drive and not only did she make sure I got the best deal possible, she took care of every little bit of paperwork I needed, and set me up with quality financing. As someone who has worked in sales for years, I can say that she truly has gone above and beyond to make sure I am completely satisfied with my purchase and will continue to come back again and again. This was very refreshing given my previous experiences in buying cars, and merchandise in general.
