I had a recurring major problem with my 2011 Equinox and DePaula and General Motors were unable to solve it, not for lack of trying. The service people at DePaula never once gave me the impression that I was being a pain. I asked that consideration be given to replacing the vehicle since it could not be depended upon. It took about 3 months, but DePaula advocated for me to GM and I picked up my new 2012 Equinox last week. I have been a loyal GM owner for 40 years and have all of my family members driving GM cars as well. I have been a staunch advocate of DePaula since I bought the first Equinox in May of 2011 and have sent several friends there. More
I have never been more pleased with sales service than at DePaula Chevrolet, specifically with Lisa. She was extremely friendly and helpful at every turn. I went in, cash strapped and in a tough situation to trade in my gas guzzler for a more economic drive and not only did she make sure I got the best deal possible, she took care of every little bit of paperwork I needed, and set me up with quality financing. As someone who has worked in sales for years, I can say that she truly has gone above and beyond to make sure I am completely satisfied with my purchase and will continue to come back again and again. This was very refreshing given my previous experiences in buying cars, and merchandise in general. Awesome Dealership!!! Rich made you feel like you are part of the family and walked us through all entire process. I recommend them beyond any dealership I have worked with. And, I have bought new cars and trucks since 1976. Please give them a try and you will see how dedicated they are and understand the difficulty in the economy. Sometimes after your experiences you never speak again but, I am 100% positive that Rich and Emily will be working with my family for a long time. It says alot when the Sales Manager from Mangino tells you to go to Depaula Cheverolet. They gave me everything they promised and more!!!! More

I went to DePaulo Chevrolet in February after a terrible snow storm in the Albany area. My windshield wipers stopped working while I was on my way home. I tried calling AAA but thier lines were busy. I managed to get home by using a handheld brush to wipe off the downfall snow every few minutes by stopping at the side of the highway. Anyway I finally did get home and called up Depaula to schedule an appointment to see what had happened. When the diagnostic was complete I was told I needed a hood cover a day later by Dennis W from the Red Team I believe. I had no idea a hood cover was a xxxx motor. Anyway the cost was too high, about 400.00. They told me they had to order the part and would start the work on the third day when it arrived. I told them not to bother and that I would take the car to another place. When I picked up the car, the windshield wipers were working! I still had to pay 99.00 for a diagnostic even though that term is no where on the paperwork. I contacted Mark Vandenburg for an explanation on why they would repair a part that was functioning. Mark never returned my call. I left about four messages. In any case I contacted the BBB and gave them my story. In the end I got a check from Depaula. I would not recommend them for anything other than an oil change. Their service man Dennis didn't give me the correct info on the part I needed. More

After "adjusting" my sunroof they were even kind enough to leave some loose screws, how thoughtful. They need to hire people that can correctly diagnose problems because after all of that xxxxxxxx my car is still leaking! My drivers floor is ALWAYS wet and there are still sounds of water sloshing around. I have even poured water over the exterior and can see for myself it is still leaking. The water is still not draining properly. If you want your car fixed right the FIRST time, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I will never step foot in here again. More

Dan Jones was the best salesperson I have ever worked with. This was the first pleasant experience I have EVER had in buying a new car. Even though I had the opportunity to purchase the car I wanted from with. This was the first pleasant experience I have EVER had in buying a new car. Even though I had the opportunity to purchase the car I wanted from another dealership, I still took the time to order the one that I wanted from Dan. He kept me updated every step of the way and even came in on his day off so I could pick up the car. Everyone at the dealership made me feel like one of the family. I will never go anywhere else!
