well 3 months later still having issues with my brand new malibu. depaula's service department sucks. Chris wood they said was top of the line honestly I'm sure he's has to listen to his boss or gm what to d malibu. depaula's service department sucks. Chris wood they said was top of the line honestly I'm sure he's has to listen to his boss or gm what to due but he sucks. stated he did things but never put on the invoice. and the salesman George was good at first but then kept saying give him a good review all about the money to him that's all he wanted now he wont even return my text messages...after saying you need anything call or text him. service manager Dennis Walters is useless still waiting for a call back from him. and the over all vice president Thomas took my car out twice but yet nothing was ever done. this dealership is the worst Chevrolet dealership I have ever worked with after the sale they could care less about you. service is terrible i wont ever buy or take my car's here again. by the looks there's many upset people Depaula has done wrong by. and chevrolet or GM i tried filing a complaint after several email and phone call nothing returned in 3 months. stay away from this dealership.. Better communication between stations needed. The truck was at your shop on Monday afternoon for a Tuesday appointment. When I called on thurs. The fleet agent wasn't even aware it was there. Was very unhappy with the service. I was told I had an appointment on the 16th then I was told 14 days and that I would be getting called a minimum of twice a week for an update which I was told I had an appointment on the 16th then I was told 14 days and that I would be getting called a minimum of twice a week for an update which never happened. then I was told 14 to 21 days so I ended up having to go to a different garage and waste a bunch of time doing so. So you have a very unhappy customer that has a broken down truck with only 70,000 miles after paying $53,000 cash. it unbelievable. and there’s definitely something wrong with the customer service. All I felt like is that I was lied to and that I was not very important. More
I dropped my truck off on a Friday and a week later I was informed that my service writer was no longer with them and that they never knew my truck was there. I proceeded to vent to them as I was very frustr informed that my service writer was no longer with them and that they never knew my truck was there. I proceeded to vent to them as I was very frustrated and I may have swore, then they proceeded to tell me to pick my truck up and hung up on me. I was in the process of buying two trucks with Santiago who I just bought my wife’s car off of in December. He was very easy to work with but, unfortunately I will never walk back into that dealership again because of your service team. More

I went in for a key replacement. The day prior I went to the parts center to see if they had the key and fob in stock and I was told that they did. So I had an appointment made with the service center for the key replacement. I arrived for my appointment and was told that it would be an hour to an hour and a half. After waiting for 45 minutes, the service advisor told me that the work could not be completed because there was no key and fob in stock, it would have to be ordered, and service rescheduled. I waited 45 minutes for the crew to discover there was no parts, I don’t understand how it wasn’t realized sooner. More
