Needed check engine light fixed and an inspection. Told them this when i dropped off the car. The service center did the inspection first while already having been told the check engine light was on. Best Experience Ever at DePaula Chevrolet in Albany NY. I drove 3.5 hours from Massapequa NY to get a Vehicle from DePaula Chevrolet. Let me start by saying that Nicholas Altieri n Staff were Excellent. I I drove 3.5 hours from Massapequa NY to get a Vehicle from DePaula Chevrolet. Let me start by saying that Nicholas Altieri n Staff were Excellent. I called dealership at 11am to see if a Camaro was in stock, Nicholas told me yes, we agreed on price he then told me to fill out application online. Within 15 minutes Nicholas called me to say I was approved for lease an all I had to do was send him insurance and then I could head out to dealership. At 4pm. I arrived at Dealership, Car was Waxed and Polished. Went into dealership & met Nicholas for the fist time & everything we spoke about on Lease was EXACT. Being In the Automotive business for 15 years an leasing over 10 cars between the wife & I, this again BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I recommend this Dealership 100% & I personally will be leasing cars in the future as well. Keep up the good work Nicholas n the DePaula Team More

Had to make several appointments because of the incorrect date. Appointment was finally scheduled on 8/29 at 8:15am to be picked up at 4pm. Called service center at 3:30 and the vehicle was not even looked date. Appointment was finally scheduled on 8/29 at 8:15am to be picked up at 4pm. Called service center at 3:30 and the vehicle was not even looked at. Received a call stat 4:20pm to pick up vehicle. Arrived at at5:30pm bill was incorrect overcharged and the vehicle did not receive a state inspection as requested. I called the next day and was told to make another appointment. I was very disappointed with the entire process. More
