Arrived for a scheduled appointment and was not told until an hour later that they were short staffed and running behind and I believe I only got that update because I asked. I was then told it would be until an hour later that they were short staffed and running behind and I believe I only got that update because I asked. I was then told it would be 20 minutes and exactly 20 minutes later they came to tell me they needed to replace something. I then had to wait another 30 minutes before I was able to take my car and go. More
