The people are good the technicians you need help . My car was missed diagnostics two times. Had to take it to caddie dealer to get it fixed. Two times. The last five months close to $6000 I spent. I had an appointment for an inspection and I was in and out in 45 minutes. I was very happy! Also, they have a tv screen on the wall that keeps track of your vehicle status so there’s no more wondering. Gr out in 45 minutes. I was very happy! When I called to make an appointment I was told itc would be 4 WEEKS before I could get my truck in for service. Worth no other choice I left my only vehicle, my 2017 ZR2 that night in hopes I could get it be 4 WEEKS before I could get my truck in for service. Worth no other choice I left my only vehicle, my 2017 ZR2 that night in hopes I could get it lined at sooner. I could not continue driving it as it was. I got a call from Chuck in service the next morning for permission to charge for diagnosis. Chuck and the Blue service team has my truck repaired in one day. I couldn't be happier. I couldn't more disappointed in the service scheduling though. Thanks Chuck! More
