The Service Center is a rip-off. I went in for a vehicle inspection of my 2021 Mazda CX5 with 24k miles, and left with an estimate for brake pads & rotors for $1,400. On a previous o I went in for a vehicle inspection of my 2021 Mazda CX5 with 24k miles, and left with an estimate for brake pads & rotors for $1,400. On a previous oil change visit they told me I needed tires & alignment. All of it sounded suspicious, so I took my car to my long-time private mechanic who told me I didn’t need anything done to my car, AND even if I did need brake work, DePaula’s quote was $1,000 more than he charges. I’ll never go back there- they’ve list a customer! More
