Would never purchase another vehicle from them again. Been there dozens of times and have bought several vehicles and they appear more interested in selling vehicles then having there service department Been there dozens of times and have bought several vehicles and they appear more interested in selling vehicles then having there service department treat customers right. I own a 2020 trail boss and keep getting check engine lights on. Brought it in 4 times, and had to fight with them all 4 times to look at it after being told they have 56 cars ahead of me. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to bring it back in so I can get a loaner for the day. The service department makes no effort in helping, understanding, or caring about the problem or the customers. I’ve been treated much better else where. I’ve been stranded on the side of the road with my kids as the truck wouldn’t start with the engine light on, and depaula couldn’t care less. More
