Neal ( in the garage ) and Chuck and Christy (at the service counter) are three of the most pleasant and hardworking employees I’ve come across in years. Raises are far overdue for these three. Normally have a good experience. Didn't really appreciate that 2 hours turned into 3 and an appointment that Should have been free turned into $400. Everyone was nice as always and explained everything that needed to be fixed. Glad I had points to cover most of the cost. Also, we're always asked and say yes to the car wash, but never get it. Car is as dirty as when we got there. More
