William Green was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and courteous and the young man hustled. I got in to the vehicle I was looking for. What was extremely discouraging was the sales m Very professional and courteous and the young man hustled. I got in to the vehicle I was looking for. What was extremely discouraging was the sales managers who worked behind the scenes, who made mistakes and Mr. Green had to answer for them. First it was “we forgot to add sales tax”. The sales tax was $1600. Yet the monthly increase on a 66 month loan went from $411 a month to $443 a month. Something didn’t add up. Made me extremely uneasy about the whole thing. Then finance tried to get me to agree on a 4.99% term without checking with SEFCU who was my choice for financing. I end up getting SEFCU’s lowest rate of 4.24%. Then there was an issue with only getting 1 key fob. Which I have to say didn’t surprise me. I’m sure if I went in to buy a $51k vehicle and not a $21k vehicle I would have been treated much different from the sales managers and finance. Fortunately William was a pleasure to work with and the deal was done. More

Dint love the service, for someone like me who lives an hr away 2x had issues with not being served the same day even though expressed how far I lived away. And time I needed to leave by. Now I trying to get answers on how to get warranty money back because I no longer own the truck and bought from another dealer, because nothing in my budget I liked at the time. So any info on getting my money back for unused warranty that would be great More
