I recently purchased a vehicle from DePaula and went to start my car and the it wouldn't start. I contacted them right away and was referred to Eric for assistance. Without hesitation, he came to my home start my car and the it wouldn't start. I contacted them right away and was referred to Eric for assistance. Without hesitation, he came to my home with a driver and tested the battery. He felt I may have needed a new battery and drove my car to the dealership. Sure enough it was the battery. It was replaced immediately and returned within a few hours by Eric I was very impressed and surprised at how quickly he resolved the problem. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure my car was working properly. I highly recommend Eric as he is a stellar employee and truly cares about his customers. More

I did my first service on my new trailblazer. All went well. Derrick was quick, but did a superb job. Then it was off the Jeremy to put on accessories, which was awesome. Depaula is really over priced, i would try to find another service center. Plus i didn't want an oil change and they did it anyway and charged me $150. unbelievable. i will never buy another vehicl another service center.
