He worked hard to get us a deal that would work for our budget and made sure we were 100 happy with what he was able to offer. No salesman talk or pressure to buy, just made sure we were getting what we wanted at a price we could afford. As you can see in the photos we literally got the velvet rope treatment. Hopefully it will be quite a while before we need another vehicle but when the time comes we will be coming back to Depaula first. More

I test drove a 2024 Trax RS which I agreed to purchase when Damian offered me a 2025 Trax for a couple hundred dollars more from a large selection from which I purchased a 2025 Trax LT. Jay did all the paperwork explaining all the options carefully. The next day when I picked the vehicle I was met by Damian and Jay and introduced to Ethan the technician. He physically showed me all the features that the car had. He also helped me set up Onstar which was a great help. The whole experience was a pleasure - not pressured. 👍 More
