DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO DENOOYER CHEVY (KALAMAZOO MICHIGAN) FOR REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE. I had a new engine installed in my 2018 Chevy Suburban by DeNooyer. When I picked up the Suburban with the new MICHIGAN) FOR REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE. I had a new engine installed in my 2018 Chevy Suburban by DeNooyer. When I picked up the Suburban with the new engine installed it was running rough at idle and did not feel at all like a new engine. I drove the vehicle for a few months and it started missing out during acceleration and was still rough at idle. DeNooyer ran test and said spark plug 5 was bad and replaced the spark plug. I picked the vehicle up and it was still rough at idle but the missing out went away. About a month later the missing out returned but worse and the rough idle got worse as well. I took the vehicle back in and DeNooyer said they could not find anything wrong (as it was not throwing any codes) and they could not do anything to improve the vehicle performance.... but I did need an oil change and tire rotation......... The mechanics at DeNooyer are not expierienced and seem to need computer codes in order to make repairs. I would not recommend DeNooyer for any repair jobs. I will take my suburban to another Chevy dealer because it has a 100,000 mile warranty and have it diagnosed and fixed by another Chevy Dealer. More

My truck went back in after I had pick it up. I found that the windshield had been cracked before I left the dealership on a Saturday. I left a message with the service department. They called me I found that the windshield had been cracked before I left the dealership on a Saturday. I left a message with the service department. They called me back first thing Monday morning and said they would take care of it. They also set me up with a loaner because they were going to have to keep it a couple days. Brian my service advisor knows I work for a fire department and cannot be without my vehicle for more than a day. They do the best they can to work with me and keep my truck running great. More
My oil change/tire rotation was completed in an hour which was nice and I found out I could pay with my GM rewards points and discovered I actually had over $500 in points!!! I was recently fired from this dealership as a customer for simply voicing my disappointment that an oil change and tire rotation took almost 2 hours. This was the second time this occurred.
